1. PAYMENTS: Payments are processed by PayPal. PayPal can accept credit and debit cards without registering for the service. We are not blocked by PayPal.
2. REFUNDS: PayPal have their own refund policies available on their website.
3. Amounts less than $10 are not refundable and once orders have started no refunds will be entertained.
